Director, GSS Functional HR Lead

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Director, GSS Functional HR Lead to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires.

The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It involves overseeing day‑to‑day HR operations within GSS, leading transition activities, and driving operational delivery, service excellence, compliance, talent development, and continuous improvement for all HR processes.

Building GSS (in partnership with U.S. Leadership & Project Teams):
