- Owning the strategy, performance, and leadership of four core teams: MAT (Marketing Automation), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Marketing Analytics, Marketing AI.
- Lead and develop teams: Oversee and grow a high-performing global team across MAT, CRO, AI and Data, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Growth Strategy: Define and execute global growth strategies that align with Lightspeed’s business goals across markets and verticals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Drive the use of experimentation and data analytics to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, conversion funnels, and retention efforts.
