At Lightspeed, we’re looking for
Director, Growth Marketing
to join our global team and lead the charge in creating data-driven growth strategies that drive revenue, optimize performance, and push our global customer acquisition efforts into new territory. You’ll be a key leader and owner in Lightspeed’s global marketing organization. Your mission will be to build scalable growth engines, improve conversion funnels, and enable data-first decision-making across our acquisition and lifecycle efforts.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning the strategy, performance, and leadership of four core teams:
MAT (Marketing Automation),
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization),
Marketing Analytics,
Marketing AI.
Lead and Develop Teams : Oversee and grow a high-performing global team across MAT, CRO,AI and Data, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
