Overview
The Director, FP&A plays a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, the Director has a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and experience in the retail sector. People Management: Leads, develops, and mentors a team of FP&A professionals, building strong capability in financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic thinking while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
