As the Engineering Manager at Samuel Automation - Waterloo, you will lead all engineering functions, driving technical excellence, innovation, and the successful execution of projects. With direct responsibility over engineering strategy and project execution performance across all engineering disciplines, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable solutions. In addition, you will champion standardization, lead performance management, and foster productive, efficient and collaborative team culture within a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment. The Engineering Manager serves as a key member of Waterloo’s management team.
