What is the opportunity? We're looking for a strategic, data‑driven leader to join our team as Director of Distribution Strategy. This role will support the development and advancement of distribution and channel strategies for Digital and Personal Distribution. You will work in close partnership with senior leaders to frame strategic choices, bring structure, insight, and an outside‑in perspective to complex strategic questions that define how the bank serves clients across physical, digital, and remote channels. You will lead the creation of best‑in‑class distribution strategies grounded in client needs, economics, and market dynamics. Working at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and business execution, you’ll turn strategic insights into actionable recommendations and drive measurable commercial impact.
