Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative responsibility for all selected regions operations controls, and investments.
- Provide programmatic coaching and guidance to develop, maintain and implement a community development strategic plan for the selected regions area.
- Serve on the senior leadership team and work jointly on procedures and processes that enable high-level execution of goals and objectives.
- Lead the selected regions team to consistent high performance with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- Recruit, develop and maintain diverse talent.
