Director, Commercial Services

Overview

As a Director, Commercial Services, you will be accountable for building and developing a portfolio of commercial accounts with high complexity and value to Meridian, typically with lending needs greater than $5,000,000. You will focus on profitable growth and retention of the assigned portfolio, employing strong risk management and developing solid new business relationships. You will mentor and coach staff and maintain a Member-centric approach while ensuring high employee engagement, strong business results, and community engagement.

In addition to customized solutions for business, Meridian offers full service commercial banking solutions, including daily banking products, lending services, cash management, insurance and investments.
