Prepare credit recommendations, including risk assessment, deal structuring, and analysis of financial and operational information for new and existing technology clientsDirectly manage annual reviews, interim reviews, and portfolio monitoring requirements for a complex set of clientsPartner closely with Origination Managing Directors and Directors to support prospecting, early opportunity assessment, and development of New Business Committee materialsIdentify cross‑bank opportunities in treasury, FX, capital markets, and other commercial products to broaden client relationshipsProvide mentorship and guidance to Analysts and Associates on deal analysis, underwriting standards, and portfolio managementParticipate in sales activities such as pitch preparation, prospect research, and development of client files for further actionAct as a key client point of contact on credit‑related matters and ...
