The Corporate Finance team within Canadian Commercial Banking is part of BMO Financial Group and covers public and large private corporate clients in diversified industries. The team markets, manages, and monitors large commercial loan portfolios and supports credit requirements and cross‑selling efforts for other products including subordinated debt, equipment leasing, derivatives, cash management, and trade finance. It assesses financing opportunities of $25,000,000 or more on a syndicated and bilateral basis.
