Job Description
Expected Salary Range: $132,403 - $165,504 annually. Target Variable Performance Pay: 25%.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the President & CEO, shaping priorities, anticipating needs, and driving alignment across the executive leadership team.
- Translate enterprise strategy and CEO priorities into executable plans, tracking progress, enforcing accountability, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through on critical commitments.
- Lead and orchestrate high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO, bringing structure and clarity to complex issues.
