Director, Business Systems

Overview Tonal is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Business Systems to lead the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise business systems landscape. This leader will own business applications, enterprise architecture, systems integrations, and custom application development that power complex revenue, finance and operations workflows across the company. This role combines strategic architecture leadership, people management, and operational excellence. You will build and develop high‑performing teams, own business technology roadmaps, manage critical system ownership, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that enable business growth.

What You Will Do

Define and evolve enterprise architecture across NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), MuleSoft (middleware), and custom applications.
