Director Business Development & Sales - VR & Health Innovation At Aequilibrium (AEQ), we design and build digital experiences that connect technology and human experience in meaningful ways.

As AEQ Innovate expands its work in immersive technology, virtual reality (VR), AI, and health innovation, we are seeking a Director, Business Development to drive the growth of this emerging vertical.

This is a senior individual contributor role with full commercial ownership.

You will originate new opportunities, cultivate senior-level partnerships, and lead complex engagements from first conversation through to close.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will help shape AEQ’s presence across healthcare, research, and applied innovation ecosystems in Canada, the US, and Europe.
