Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy, this position provides national leadership to a team of Business Development Managers across the organization and is accountable for strengthening internal and external referral generation, expanding provincial partnerships, and formalizing scalable business development practices. Within the scope of the role, the Director will oversee the business development activities for a small portfolio of homes in Ontario, oversee the daily activities of the Business Development Managers, and coordinate core components of National and Provincial partnerships.
