Job Description
Reporting to the National Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, Individual Insurance and Investment, the successful candidate’s primary objective will be to develop the Individual Insurance and Investment business lines, principally in the specific territories assigned.
Tasks
Develop and grow new business relationships, primarily in assigned territories;
Develop in-depth knowledge and promotion of individual life insurance, living benefits and investment products;
Ensure that annual sales targets and persistency requirements are met;
Maintain and follow performance indicators to evaluate possible improvements;
Develop and maintain a broad level of knowledge of UV Insurance technology tools available to partners;
Act as a resource person for the team to support them in more complex analysis projects;
Develop and customize sales concepts related to the target market;
