Director, Business Analytics

Position Overview

Reporting to the AVP, Business Analytics, the Director, Business Analytics is responsible for enhancing and showcasing data to facilitate advanced analytics, ultimately providing actionable insights that improve both client and product profitability. This role focuses on translating data into practical information and insightful narratives to drive suitable business decisions and optimize performance. The incumbent will regularly collaborate with key stakeholders including Relationship Management, Client Service Delivery, Information Technology and Senior Leadership, in addition to consulting with internal/external vendors and parent organizations (BNY and CIBC) to drive automation, effective data management strategies and financial dashboards that represent financial performance indicators and trending patterns.
