Director, Associates

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), one of Canada’s largest and most successful law firms, has an opening for a Director, Associates to join the Firm’s Toronto office.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Associates will demonstrate leadership through the delivery and oversight of the Toronto office’s associate programs including recruiting, onboarding, integration, performance management, professional development, and compensation.

The Director will work closely with Firm management, practice group leaders, partners, and across other business services groups to ensure all lawyers have the tools, training, and support required to deliver exceptional client service while helping advance their professional growth.
