Role Overview We are seeking a senior leader to oversee, grow, and commercially develop our Alberta operations. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in automation and controls, with a strong track record managing complex industrial automation projects and developing client relationships, especially in the energy and resources sector.
This role combines technical oversight, team leadership, project execution, and sales/business development. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, ensure high‑quality project delivery, build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent Comco Controls with clients and partners across the region.
