The Associate Director, Pricing is a high-visibility, portfolio-wide strategic role at the center of how our Canadian market access function plans, operates, and executes.
Reporting to the Director, Pricing Strategy, Contracting and Negotiation, this position serves as the core connective tissue between global pricing governance, health economics, and Canadian payer realities.
The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of big-picture scenario modeling and practical, tactical execution.
You will be a critical member of the Patient Access Team in defining, modeling, and defending optimized pricing and innovative contracting strategies across our pipeline and on-market portfolio.
This role requires a deep technical understanding of the evolving PMPRB regulations, pCPA negotiation frameworks, and the financial structures of Product Listing Agreements (PLAs) with public and private payers.
