This seasonal position supports campers by attending to personal care, sensory needs, and social interactions in a recreational setting. Your role is essential in fostering dignity and inclusion, ensuring a positive and engaging camp environment. Active participation in all activities will enhance community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer direct 1:1 support to assigned campers
• Assist with mealtime and personal care needs
• Facilitate inclusion in diverse camp activities
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
• Collaborate with team members for effective programming
Requirements:
• Secondary education or related post-secondary enrollment
• Experience supporting individuals with autism preferred
• Valid Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry checks...
