Lead the digital transformation at Concordia as the Manager of the Teaching and Learning Ecosystem. This full-time position, based in Downtown, Montreal, emphasizes strategic leadership in enhancing Moodle's learning management capabilities.
You will report to the Director of Digital Solutions and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that elevate teaching and learning methodologies. Your role involves managing the operational effectiveness of Moodle, liaising between technology and educational needs while fostering an innovative service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the Moodle platform team and ensure service quality
• Maintain reliability and performance for the learning platform
• Partner with faculty to address educational needs
• Plan and execute platform lifecycle and enhancement initiatives
