Digital Fulfillment Team Lead
at its Saint John, NB location (450 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J 4Z2). This Regular/Permanent position assists in the leadership of the Digital department processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training. The role ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion, and plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions.

Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
