Digital Customer Engagement Manager – Escalations & Exceptions
The SAP Global Cloud Operations (GCO) organization is a business unit responsible for providing cloud‑hosted infrastructure and application management services to SAP customers worldwide in a 24x7 operations model. Our portfolio of private cloud solutions turns SAP products into a solution‑as‑a‑service on customers’ preferred infrastructure, including hyperscalers, as one SAP. The portfolio is central to SAP’s strategy to help customers transition to SAP S/4HANA and become an Intelligent Enterprise.
For this role, you will be expected to commit to a hybrid‑work model, with presence in the SAP office three days a week.
