Dietitian

The salary range for this position is CAD $43.23/Hr. - CAD $53.96/Hr. The hours of work, including start and stop times, days off, work area and work site may be subject to change consistent with operations requirements and applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement and statutes. Testing may be required. A criminal record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment & Care Planning: Assess patients’ and residents’ nutritional status and risk, and design, implement, evaluate, and document individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with professional standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nutrition staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure care plans are effectively implemented and adapted as clinical needs evolve.
