Play a pivotal role in child nutrition as the Dietary Manager at YMCA Northumberland in Warkworth, ON. This full-time position entails menu planning, meal prep, and ensuring hygiene standards.
As the Dietary Manager, you will cater to children aged 1 to 4 on a focused Monday to Friday schedule. Your responsibilities include crafting nutritious meals based on established guidelines, managing weekly grocery shopping, and maintaining a clean work area. Flexibility to assist with childcare tasks when necessary is also a part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure healthy meal preparation for young children
• Design rotating menus based on health regulations
• Conduct grocery shopping in line with budget
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper food storage
• Support childcare programs as required
