Responsible for developing a work culture with a safety approach and safety procedures implementation according OSHA requirements. To manage the die maintenance systems in all the shifts to assure dies work properly providing the necessary resources to achieve the productivity and quality goals. Support the team to achieve the safety, production, quality, delivery, moral and environmental indicators. Develop his team in technical knowledge to ensure compliance with the objectives of quality and productivity in production lines. Develop his team in SPW knowledge to assure the proper accomplishment of PM methodology. Being a leader and encourage teamwork with all areas.
