Role Overview 

The role focuses on growing New Equipment Business in South Region - India through develop and execute sales strategies, growing NE order , Share of segment, margin expansion and ensuring customer delight across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and Execute Strategy to grow NE business profitably in South OA and OT.

Business Planning, Annual Target setting, Monthly forecasting and MIS

Develop transformation programs to drive business growth

Segmentation, Pricing Strategy, Price Management to meet the SoS, Order and Margin Plan.

Augment coverage through systematic implementation of various coverage initiatives programs 

Provide sales tools and guidance to the Sales team, for prep...
