DevOps Specialist (Bogotá)

Purpose

GBME is searching for a DevOps Specialist to serve as liaison between business stakeholders and internal engineering and architect teams, ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time, efficiently and with high quality for various projects within GBME.

Accountabilities

• Perform ad hoc work as needed, partnering with peer engineers and various GBME teams for maintaining and upgrading software components.
• Work closely with system owners to understand requirements from end‑of‑life and compliance standpoints, conduct gap analyses and requirements assessments as needed.
• Remediate code vulnerabilities (code or library references), produce actionable and complete specifications, write production‑quality code, and implement solutions.
• Design test sets and automate tests where possible, including functional, non‑functional, regression and performance testing.
• Work with and refactor legacy code as required. <...
