PERMANENT, FULL TIME – 75 hours bi-weekly

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading teams in two to three developmental support homes ensuring the people supported are living their most fulfilling lives. As part of a small but high-impact developmental services team you will lead, coach and mentor staff to support high quality service delivery. You will participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency situations. Job description available upon request.

What you bring:

• University degree or community college diploma in social services;
• 5 years’ experience in developmental services;
• Good working knowledge of person‑centred supports and delivery;
• Experience with case management;
• Ability to lead with empathy, professionalism and accountability;
