Development Summer Student - Local Area Communications/Engagement
Job Description
Responsibilities
Support preparation of communications materials for open houses, community events, school visits, and engagement sessions
Assist with drafting, community updates, posters, and digital communications
Support content gathering from Ignace-based staff and visiting specialists
Support preparation of presentation decks and briefing materials for community-facing engagements
Provide event logistics support during NWMO community events, including post-event summaries
Support various Engagement Activities
The students will be given tasks based on business needs and their knowledge/skill level. Training and guidance will be provided to the student regarding the NWMO procedures and assigned tasks.
