Development Manager, High-rise | Real Estate Developer | Vancouver | Outpost Recruitment

Real Estate firm is seeking a Development Manager to join their team in Vancouver. Reporting to the VP of Development, will oversee the development of large, complex projects through all phases of the development process. Salary will be in the $140,000 to $200,000 range. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.The Development Manager is responsible for proactively working through design development and municipal approval process on multiple projects, including management of all development activities that flow through to the completion of a project. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and maintains the vision set at the outset for the project.
