Job Description
Join WestJet as a Desktop Support Analyst where you provide critical support for IT systems and user devices. This position requires in-person collaboration five days a week to foster teamwork.
In this role, you will facilitate the installation and maintenance of desktop computers, diagnose technical issues, and maintain network connectivity. Your skills will help ensure users receive prompt assistance and technical training. Successful candidates are expected to be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication abilities.
