Doman Building Solutions is hiring an EWP Designer/Estimator for its office in Acton, ON. This full-time, on-site position is essential for devising flooring designs and estimating engineered wood products.
You will play a key role on the National Design team, applying your knowledge of construction and design processes. Prepare take-off designs and coordinate with industry professionals to ensure accurate project specifications. Your role is pivotal in maintaining technical documentation and providing customer support throughout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate professional floor designs and estimates
• Collaborate with architects and builders for design validation
• Update and manage project documentation
• Calculate structural component sizes using software
