HVAC Refrigerant Loop design release engineer
Responsibilities
- The HVAC Release Engineer is responsible for the development and validation of the automotive HVAC compressor and A/C lines.
- The candidate will ensure the components meet performance objectives and will coordinate development with other functional areas such as powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and suppliers.
- Duties will include (not limited to) writing source packages, specifications, requirements, change notices and overall supplier management to meet program timing and deliverables.
- Candidate will maintain a component and sub-system DVP&R, support and keep up to date with component bench testing, simulation, drive‑cell and static cell test results as well as perform data analysis and establish proper corrective actions as required.
