What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise and manage CAD designers, drafters, and techniciansLead and participate in the development of CAD design deliverablesAssign CAD design tasks, monitor progress and set deadlines ensuring timely submission of deliverablesProvide mentorship and training on CAD software, design standards and processesCollaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and obtain directionsCoordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate civil and roadway CAD designs as requiredEnsure CAD designs meet industry and client specifications, standards and regulatory requirementsImplement and conduct QA and QC processes to ensure compliance with CAD design software requirements, standards, templates...
