Design engineer (aerospace division)
Job Description
About the Role The Design Engineer will create 3 D and 2 D product geometries, tooling designs, and mechanical drawings. This role collaborates with customers and project engineers to ensure that all designs are manufacturable, compliant with requirements, and properly documented.
Fixed-term contract (12 months)
Responsibilities
Design 3 D product models, molds, and tooling with complex geometries. Develop CAD models using CATIA and Solid Works. Produce and revise detailed 2 D drawings. Collaborate directly with customers on new product and tooling designs. Support project engineers with analysis of 3 D and 2 D models. Manage design documentation through DPD folders and/or SMARTEAM. Provide drafting and design support as needed. Participate in required Safety and Occupational Health training. Follow internal policies including Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, CTPAT, and Anti‑Corruption guidelines.
