Co‑op Student – Architecture (HDR Kingston)

Design‑focused co‑op student role focused on collaboration with architects and team members on a variety of architectural design and construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of schematic design, design development, and contract documents, including floor plans, elevations, details, sections, and schedules.
• Create 3‑D views and renderings.
• Apply architectural procedures and techniques.
• Independently perform architectural assignments with instruction from senior team members.
• Work on contract administration duties.

Required Skills

• Revit 2020 and higher
• AutoCAD 2020 or higher
• Photoshop
• Knowledge of building technology, assembly, construction methodologies, and material applications
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of proficiency
