Job Description

For a leading Lifestyle brand with store location at the airport Zurich-Kloten, we are looking for their new Deputy/ASM in order to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand and ensuring the most effective store operations.

POSITION Leading the Team

• Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff
• Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment
• Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication
• Drive team performance to meet sales goals
• Improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience
• Maintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities
