We are looking for a highly capable Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Engineer with deep expertise in automotive electrical and electronic (E&E) systems to ensure supplier readiness, process capability, and sustained quality performance. You will drive technical sign-offs, support plant quality resolution, and work closely with suppliers to align on SMT Process, Traction Motor Process /Assembly expertise, System architecture requirements, and ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) process compliance.
This role requires both hands-on technical depth and strong cross-functional coordination to manage complex E&E commodity ( including ECUs, sensors, power electronics, and embedded systems, eAxle, Chargers) Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Development & Technical Readiness Lead supplier technical assessments for electrical/electronic parts during sourcing and nomination phases.
