The Deputy Manager – HR will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), statutory compliance, and general HR administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Maintain healthy relations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
