Job Description
Lead training initiatives as the Deputy Fire Chief at Leduc County. Shape strategic objectives in fire services while managing staff development and operational plans to ensure safety and efficiency.
In this leadership role within the Fire Services, you will report to the Director – Protective Services/Fire Chief, contributing to operational excellence. You will be responsible for enhancing firefighter training, overseeing safety code enforcement, and managing emergency responses.
