LSH is seeking a dedicated and strategic Deputy Director of Administration & Finance (A&F) to help lead and strengthen the hospital’s fiscal operations. As a key member of LSH’s leadership team, the Deputy Director of Administration & Finance (A&F) plays a central role in shaping, maintaining, and advancing all fiscal policies that support the hospital’s mission of providing compassionate, high‑quality, and affordable healthcare. This position leads the development of LSH’s annual Maintenance Estimate and Spending Plan, ensuring the financial resources necessary for patients to achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and spiritual well‑being.
