Lead a dynamic department as a Department Manager within our store's Management Team. Your role focuses on excellent customer service and efficient departmental operations while reporting directly to the Store Manager.
As a Department Manager, your responsibilities will include fostering a strong culture of customer service and maintaining the department’s quality. You will oversee daily operations, manage your team, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Further, you'll support training, conduct performance evaluations, and develop work schedules that fit business needs and budget requirements.
