Manage the Clothing Department at Sport Chek in Saskatoon, SK, leading by example and promoting an engaging shopping experience. This full-time role emphasizes relationship-building and effective team coaching.
As a Department Sales Manager, you will serve as a brand ambassador and create an exceptional environment for both customers and employees. You’ll be responsible for driving sales through effective management practices, continuous mentorship, and fostering a collaborative spirit within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive daily game plans for sales
• Coach and provide guidance on team performance
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards
• Host regular meetings to enhance team engagement
• Create a positive atmosphere for staff and customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a retail supervisory role
• Demonstrated success in customer service and business growth
• Engagement in sports preferred but not mandatory
