In this role, you will lead and oversee all operations within the bakery department. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while training your team on customer service and product knowledge. Your efforts will ensure that the bakery remains fully stocked and meets merchandising standards, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bakery operations and staffing
• Ensure sales and profitability meet company expectations
• Develop associates through training and coaching
• Stock, display, and price bakery products accurately
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• Retail management experience preferred in a department store
