Department head (Rawdon)

Overview

Number of hours per week: 35–39. Shift: Day. Availability: Anytime. We offer compensation packages that vary by position and location. Compensation discussions are provided to selected candidates during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Become a department manager.
• Work with production and customer service clerks; ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service.
• In collaboration with management, manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, and wage productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
• Provide team members with the necessary feedback for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and management experience.
