Demand Planning Analyst

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Demand Planning Analyst to lead our forecasting plans, improve supply confidence, and drive cross‑functional alignment across brands and sales channels.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, and strategic business insights. The Demand Planner will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Procurement to support business planning, budgeting, new product launches, and sourcing initiatives. This individual will proactively monitor forecast performance, inventory health, and production schedules, communicate risks and opportunities to leadership, and continuously improve planning tools, reporting and ERP data integrity.
