The Demand Planner Partner is responsible for developing and facilitating the demand planning process within the region. Collaborate with the Global Demand Team, Sales Teams, and EUM Lead to develop 3rd Party Customer Demand forecasts. Lead the Demand Review Process within the Global Sales and Operations Planning (S& OP) framework. Connect with Demand Planners in the Top 20 strategic customers to gather additional input and challenge forecast assumptions. Ensure the integrity of data in the forecasting system and provide continuous improvement feedback. English proficiency at B2 level. ~3 years of experience in planning. ~ Strong experience with Excel and ERP.
