**Resourcing, project management, good in excel and power point, advanced communication skills**Ø Publishing the dashboard on a daily basis of the open requirements in the systemØ checking on the new hires joining date and allocation in the systemØ Joining the Intake call with all service line leadersØ Working with TAG team to obtain updates regarding the new requirementsØ Validating the margin % of any new hires before and after joiningØ Running the daily and weekly TAG/TSC calls from the delivery standpointØ Need to Review the pending onboarding cases with TAG Team on a daily basis and highlight the same to reporting manager for any changes.
Ø Analyze the new requirements which are created in the system for fulfillment.Checking to see if it could be closed using internal available profiles or need to source from external market.
Ø Updating the tracker daily with latest status on the request(sourcing, pending information from account team, screening etc).
