Delivery / Recovery Driver

Job Description

The Delivery and Recovery Driver (DZ with Air Brake Endorsement) is responsible for safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport new products to East Penn Canada customers and to pick up used or defective batteries for recycling. This role directly contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional deliveries, while maintaining compliance with all transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products according to established routes and schedules
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently – frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Accurately complete delivery, shipping, and warehouse documentation
• Maintain professional relationships with customers at delivery locations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly
